    The research project ZIRKULAR-X We are developing an AI-powered platform for existing building stock. Our goal is to consolidate fragmented building services engineering (BSE) inventory data into a structured digital product passport. Using an automated circularity assessment, we generate a target-group-specific decision-making basis for practical application.

  • The Day of Sustainability is over!

    Das war’s: Der DGNB Tag der Nachhaltigkeit ist zu Ende! Hinter uns liegen zwei intensive Tage voller spannender Gespräche, wertvoller Impulse und reichlich nachhaltiger Inspiration auf den kleinen und großen Bühnen.

    Für uns stand die Veranstaltung ganz unter dem Motto: Wichtiger Austausch mit interessanten Menschen.

    Es war großartig zu sehen, wie viele ambitionierte Köpfe aus allen Bereichen der Bau- und Immobilienbranche sowie aus Politik und Gesellschaft zusammengekommen sind. Die Diskussionen rund um Sanierung, soziale Nachhaltigkeit und Kreislaufwirtschaft haben wieder einmal gezeigt, wie viel Energie und Innovationskraft in unserer Branche steckt, wenn wir gemeinsam an der Bauwende arbeiten.
